The role of a Relief Manager (also known as a business minder) is to step in and run your business when you’re not there.
- We arrange for an experienced business minder to run your business as you would yourself – with integrity, experience, and energy.
- We come to you – our service is available Zealand & Australian wide.

Hiring a Relief Manager
Every business is different, so we prefer to speak with owners to determine their specific requirements.
As a guide, we would usually expect:
- Tell us what you need to be done whilst you’re away.
- We come to you, and meet with you for a brief hand over period.
- Off you go! Relax, we’ve got it covered.
- We take over all agreed tasks and report back to you as and when you need it.
- On your return, we de-brief and update you on all aspects of our stay.
Rates
- Every business is different and has different relief management needs, so we don’t take a “one size fits all’ approach to pricing. The best thing to do is give us a quick call to discuss exactly what you need – we can then provide an accurate estimate of expected costs.
- Onsite, overnight and long term rates are negotiable.
- Rates are negotiable for bookings of longer than 7 days.
- Minimum booking period is 7 days.
- Free handover period.
