How it works

The role of a Relief Manager (also known as a business minder) is to step in and run your business when you’re not there.

  • We arrange for an experienced business minder to run your business as you would yourself – with integrity, experience, and energy.
  • We come to you – our service is available Zealand & Australian wide.
  • Contact us to discuss your requirements and check our availability.

Hiring a Relief Manager

Every business is different, so we prefer to speak with owners to determine their specific requirements.

As a guide, we would usually expect:

  1. Tell us what you need to be done whilst you’re away.
  2. We come to you, and meet with you for a brief hand over period.
  3. Off you go!  Relax, we’ve got it covered.
  4. We take over all agreed tasks and report back to you as and when you need it.
  5. On your return, we de-brief and update you on all aspects of our stay.

Rates

  • Every business is different and has different relief management needs, so we don’t take a “one size fits all’ approach to pricing.  The best thing to do is give us a quick call to discuss exactly what you need – we can then provide an accurate estimate of expected costs.
  • Onsite, overnight and long term rates are negotiable.
  • Rates are negotiable for bookings of longer than 7 days.
  • Minimum booking period is 7 days.
  • Free handover period.
